My husband and I have visited this restaurant several times and have introduced many friends to this restaurant because we were originally impressed with the food, service, etc. However, I will not go back after this past weekend nor will I suggest this restaurant to anyone ever again. We arrived around 8pm on Saturday evening when they were scheduled to close at 10pm (I called to verify before making the drive). The hostess informed us that they were no longer serving for the night and suggested we go elsewhere for dinner! When I asked for a manager, after a very long time, the bartender came to help us. He said he would ask the KITCHEN staff if they could serve us. They finally came to the conclusion that they could serve us, but we could not have any of the empty tables in the restaurant; we were only offered the bar and were told that we would have to wait over an hour!! The restaurant was NOT full and there was plenty of time before closing! I will not visit this restaurant again and definitely do not recommend it because of this poor customer service.
