I called the Saluda River Store in Simpsonville inquiring about some dog food for my allergy ridden dog. I specifically told him what I needed and I asked for a recommendation. When he recommended some dog foods I had already tried, I told him I had tried and they didn't work. He then suggested another kind of dog food, and because I hadn't heard of it, I asked, ""What is that"". He responded, ""dog food"". When I told him, ""I know it's dog food, that's what I called you about"". He said , ""Oh, I wasn't sure you called about dog food"". Now we had already had a conversation and discussed my dog's skin allergy, chicken allergy, rice allergy, and sorghum allergy and then he says, ""Oh, I wasn't sure you called about dog food"". Please do not call the simpsonville store. Maybe the other stores have different and better customer service. Cons: Poor phone customer service more
