I purchased living room furniture on 09/08/08. One chair had to be ordered and it took over three weeks. When arrangements were made for delivery, I specifically made sure a weekend delivery was available. When delivery was made on sunday the wrong couch was delivered. I sent the couch back and I called my sales person, Anjali to complain. The delivery guys said this happens frequently and I should go to MB and talk to my sales person and make sure I get the right couch. I went to MB and asked for Anjali. Her manger came to help me, where was she? I told him the situation and he them took me to customer service and assured me the right couch with the right pillows would be delivered, then left the office. The customer service girl said I could call after 3 pm for the delivery time on monday. I explained the importance of getting the delivery today and she was like a robot repeating there is no same day delivery. I ccontinued to explain that I would not be home during the weekdays and I had specifically made arrangements for delivery today. Once again the robot response, ""No same day delivery."" I spent nearly $2000.00. Mathis Brothers Do Not care about customers. If I ever get my couch, I will seriously shop around for my next furniture. If customer service is important to you, then don't go to MB.
