I called in to report my garbage was missed. After waiting a few minutes, the customer service rep answered, Trendel (I believe), long story short it was the sticker that was not on the can. Even still, the lady offered to have the driver come back, but told me there would be a $10 fee. Needless to say, I will just wait until next week. KUDOS for having someone that can still help in a bind (even if I wasn't willing to pay).
