I moved into my new residence in March 2008. After calling customer service approximately 12 times (seriously...) and waiting on hold for about 30 minutes each time (sometimes longer), I finally received my trash can in JULY 2008. The lady I spoke with at customer service informed me, ""Even though you do not have your trash can yet, you are paying for our service (they already had my credit card info in their system), so place your bags outside, and the driver will pick them up."" Obviously the driver did not pick the bags up, considering they were not inside a trash can, and I obviously didn't have the sticker yet. I had just moved into my home so of course I had boxes stacked to the ceiling. The lady at customer service informed me ""As long as the boxes are broken completely down, the driver will pick them up even if they are placed beside the trashcan, rather than inside the trash can."" Well, I'm sure you can guess... I left the boxes (completely broken down ) beside my trash can, and the driver did not touch them. I have a friend who lives in Moody and he mentioned to me that I ""should see their office"". He said there is probably no more than 10 employees working in their entire office (obviously understaffed considering they serve the entire northern Alabama community -- I live in Gadsden, AL). Needless to say, If I didn't HAVE to deal with this company, I would not.
Pros: They took my credit card information extremely fast!!
Cons: It took them 5 MONTHS to follow up on the service they were charging me for
