This was my first visit to this store, I bought a caique from a family who purchased him at the bird shop and decided to visit. I was greeted by very friendly and helpfull staff, and pleased to find very happy and well adjusted birds. I have been involved with psittacines for over 20 years and have seen my share of unacceptable bird stores, this one however is great. These people had no idea who I was or how involved in aviculture I am so they had no reason to treat me any different than any other customer, with that said i would imagine that this is the type of service they offer all of the time.
Pros: Great staff, great birds, fair prices, clean cages, great selection ( please note that bird availability is often seasonal)
Cons: no hand sanitizer
