I went in for a new blade for my Toro and waited 25 minutes for service, only to be told that they did not have the part in stock. So I ordered it. I checked back in a week and they quickly said it wasn't in. Again, a week went by and I checked again. Not in. Then I called a third time, three weeks after I ordered the blade and no one could find the order. I was asked if I wanted to order it again.

Cons: sloppy service - they don't seem to care at all about the customer
