Best mower shop around 5/3/2012

Very happy with Hellebuycks. I recently moved into the shelby area and have been to all the dealerships in this area looking for someone to service my ride on mower. Couple places told me it wasn;t worth looking at. Hellebuycks not olny looked at it but fixed it at a good price. Service writer was very polite and friendly. Will be shopping here from now on! Get the straight story 7/22/2010

Took my lawnmower into another dealer who told me my mower un repairable and tried to sell me a new mower. So I was told by friend to take it to Hellebuyck's and for only $35 in parts and labor my mower was working GREAT !! The customer service was great to work with and knew what they where talking about. I tell all my friends where to go for lawn mowers more

I wish I had never bought my snow blower there 11/24/2008

Never Again! 11/1/2008

I took my snowblower in a month ago for a basic check up. As of this morning, they had not even looked at it. When I went down there to pick it up, the clerk tried to charge me a check out fee, even though they had not looked at it. If they want business, they have a strange way of showing it Pros: Give me a few weeks and I might think of one. Cons: They were too busy for my snowblower, even though I bought it there. And besides, they were rude. more

Ordering nightmare 10/28/2008

I went in for a new blade for my Toro and waited 25 minutes for service, only to be told that they did not have the part in stock. So I ordered it. I checked back in a week and they quickly said it wasn't in. Again, a week went by and I checked again. Not in. Then I called a third time, three weeks after I ordered the blade and no one could find the order. I was asked if I wanted to order it again. Pros: none Cons: sloppy service - they don't seem to care at all about the customer more

High prices and very condescending service. I was told that if i didn't like their price, I should go elsewhere. I did!! Pros: location to my home Cons: high prices, rude service more
