My hearings aids did not work the way I believed they should. Their guarantee says 30 days, however it may take "up to three months" to get "used" to them. And then? So, after just short of 30 days I returned them. They indicated it would be up to 30 days before I would get my refund! My hearing aids are gone, they still have my money and it is coming up on four weeks tomorrow. What's so hard about a credit refund? This is an impossible business procedure. They still have my money. Bad business practice. When I called they said "we have to make sure they were returned, etc" What? I returned them to the office and what's so hard about crediting my account immediately? I was going to go back to try something else, but now will not. They have lost my business.
