I have been using High Tymes Off Road for many years and have become friends with the owner and with many of the costumers that use their services. I read the reviews that people have posted and remember the cars as they sat at the shop for many months. When I would come to the shop to check the progress of one of the many vehicles that I had them build for me and my many friends. Theses vehicles in question, sat at the shop because the people did not have the money to pay to have the repairs completed. They would come in and ask to pick up the car and make monthly payments. I remember one when the lady that owns the Toyota came into the shop. She wanted the owner to give her the truck with the promise of bring the money in about a week and a half later. Now if you owned a shop are you going to release a car when someone still has not paid the $1600. Now also look the job was quoted $1500 less then any other shop in the area because when she came in she cried about not having the money to get it fixed and her husband was in the military. OK the bottom line is with this whole thing is that High Tymes Off Road works with everyone that comes in the door. I personal know that they have taken jobs and lost money to help someone in the Military and to do the right thing. I do not know too many companies out there that will take a loss to help anyone. But everyone knows how the story goes the little guy that helps is the one that gets lost in the shadow of the big company the does not care about there customers. At the end I am sad to say that they are closing the doors soon, and I will miss the fun that we used to have talking abut the cars collecting dust because people could not pay to get them fixed.
