I call it NITEMARE!! The staff was unprofessional! I went to get a couples massage with good intention, wanting to pamper my boyfriend but it just went horribly wrong!
We could hear the staff from inside the massage room gossiping and giggling while they were doing nails in the front room!! It felt more like a hangout place for people to just sit around and have alcoholic beverages as they serve alcohol! The wood floor was creaking the whole time during the massage! I asked the therapist where we could hang our clothes and he said "anywhere"!! There wasn't a set up for us to put our belongings anywhere so we had to shove it in a pile in a corner! The room was too small for 2 massage beds and it was cold!!Definitely not good to be relaxed!! They are overpriced for what they do not deliver!! I feel like they are trying to squeeze in as many services in that little cottage when its just not how a spa is suppose to be set up! They should just have it as a nail shop or just a massage place! It doesn't work together because you end feeling frustrated especially when you want there to be silence when you are getting a massage! As the ad says..."seriously hip spa for an evening of lively self indulgence". I call it seriously expensive spa for pretentious people who think that is hip!!...Bottom line ..do not go there!
