2:30AM is not the best time to form a first opinion. This writer had never been to this clinic before, was not a client, and they had never seen his pet before. She chose to answer his emergency phone call during the wee hours of the night (after working an overtime day and knowing she had to be back at work to treat her regular clients at 8AM that same morning) since his regular veterinarian apparently slept thru the whole ordeal.
