Three times I have gone into Michaels for the same item which is on a top shelf. The first time, I reached an associate that didn't speak English, so he brought a manager who was so rude that I left without the merchandise, or the cart of other merchandise that I had. The second and third time, they called for assistance, employees stared at me, but NO ONE helped. I have still not been able to purchase this stupid wood piece that I want. I do believe that after all this time, I can live without it.
