Poor customer service, but excellent store if you don't need assistance 1/26/2008

Three times I have gone into Michaels for the same item which is on a top shelf. The first time, I reached an associate that didn't speak English, so he brought a manager who was so rude that I left without the merchandise, or the cart of other merchandise that I had. The second and third time, they called for assistance, employees stared at me, but NO ONE helped. I have still not been able to purchase this stupid wood piece that I want. I do believe that after all this time, I can live without it. more

My favorite 7/18/2005

I love this store! Not just because I can find almost anything that I want to satisfy my creative needs, but also because all the staff here know the store and direct you very easily to what one needs- they will tell you exact aisle and place to find whatt you need. Wow! Very informed and very knowledgeable. PROS: You will find all that you want! CONS: some things are pricey! more
