We ordered a countertop (laminate) for our kitchen. After not delivering it on time, I called the store, to be told my order was not logged in the computer anywhere.\r

No one in the kitchen dept., customer service or the store's management has any clue about actually trying to help. All they say is "we don't show it in the computer." Even after I gave them the order number from my receipt, all they say is "we don't have it."\r

I will never shop at this store again. Maybe never at ANY Home Depot store.
