One of the worst home contracting experiences 1/23/2008

We ordered a countertop (laminate) for our kitchen. After not delivering it on time, I called the store, to be told my order was not logged in the computer anywhere.\r \r No one in the kitchen dept., customer service or the store's management has any clue about actually trying to help. All they say is "we don't show it in the computer." Even after I gave them the order number from my receipt, all they say is "we don't have it."\r \r I will never shop at this store again. Maybe never at ANY Home Depot store. more

Great prices, services and selection! 9/5/2005

Home Depot is without a doubt one of the best places you can go to buy all sorts of things you need for your home. They not only carry all sorts of lumber for building but also carry a huge line of flooring, carpeting, lighting, plumbing fixures, kitchen cabinets, etc. and they also have a large plant department with all the things needed to care for your plants including the planters. They also carry outdoor grills, lawnmowers, trimmers, etc. This is a great store to go to first before shopping around for all the items needed for your home improvement projects. PROS: very helpful staff. CONS: none that I can think of. more
