We found a used RV at Ruffs and was very interested in purchasing the RV. The Sales rep was very responsive initially and then when it came to negotiate a price became very unprofessional and did not want to even begin to "deal". After discovering who the owner of the RV was discovered that the sales representative lied about the RV and it's conditon. The last contact with this business was the sales rep using extremely profane language at me and the rightful owner of the RV (the RV was on "consignment" at the center) I would NOT recommend doing any business with this company. They wrongfully charged the RV owner for work done on the unit that wasn't done and also took items out of the RV and did not return to the owner when he decided to pick the unit up to sell to us...\r
extremely poor business practice for this dealer - not customer friendly at all
