Ruff's RV Center

We found a used RV at Ruffs and was very interested in purchasing the RV. The Sales rep was very responsive initially and then when it came to negotiate a price became very unprofessional and did not want to even begin to "deal". After discovering who the owner of the RV was discovered that the sales representative lied about the RV and it's conditon. The last contact with this business was the sales rep using extremely profane language at me and the rightful owner of the RV (the RV was on "consignment" at the center) I would NOT recommend doing any business with this company. They wrongfully charged the RV owner for work done on the unit that wasn't done and also took items out of the RV and did not return to the owner when he decided to pick the unit up to sell to us...\r extremely poor business practice for this dealer - not customer friendly at all more

We attempted to purchase a used RV from Ruffs - would not recommend using this business for any reason - first hand experience of extremely poor customer service (innappropriate language / unwillingness to even dialogue about price offer) - as well as reliability and dependeability of what they say (discovered that some info regarding the RV was not disclosed, but known). Could give more details but due to restrictions on content cannot go into more....my advice....Ruff's should be the VERY LAST place to go for any RV service or purchase. There are lots of other dealers out there....go where they want your business. Sirpilla near Akron was the extreme opposite....check them out!
