We hired Dr. Soot for level 1-3 inspects to establish how best to make our 2 older WORKING fps better & safer. After $800 to inspect we hired them to carry out the plan they devised. After thousands more $$, we were told that the work had made one fp unusable. A mistake in measurement had been made during the inspection. No apology at all. Refused to make up for the mistake. Left debris on our lawn & accidentally took away our damper. We paid in full, but they won't return our calls or property.
