i filled out a 2 for 1 lunch special online, it says on the website to bring identiication and you will be on the preferred list. so me and my mom went there, because of the coupon. when we got there our waitor informed us that it actually needed to be sent to you through email, even though in the website it never says that anywhere. i later called and asked to speak to a manager. he not only did not fix the problem, but refunding one of our lunches, but he showed me not respect at all, telling me how wrong i was. i've been a waitress for 3 years, and i have never heard a manager speak to a customer like he spoke to me. i will never return to austins after the horrible experience i had today.
