Absolutely do not use their recommendations for contractors. The contractor they recommended for my concrete slab failed to install the slab properly (didn't remove grass, not enough rebar, not square, never even removed the forms, etc.). Aqua Quip stood by him the whole way and refused to assist and were rude. I ended up having to have the slab pulled up and repoured. Had much better luck with the electrician whom I picked myself. Service is everything with a hot tub. Buy from a company with better service and quality employees and contractors.
