He ordered blood work on her to confirm a slight amount of calcium that was found her urine. He thought the slight level of calcium could be a fluke thing. Nonetheless, he ordered the diet change because she is overweight; He ordered a diet change to help her lose weight. But he changed her diet BEFORE the blood work results came back! Her diet change will change her blood makeup. What kind of doctor prescribes treatment BEFORE receiving lab results??? If that isn't enough, he thinks no further tests are necessary to see if her calcium level lowers (calcium often means cancer!), or weigh-ins to see if his prescribed diet is resulting in weightloss!\r
