I had a negative experience here. I took my labrador here for a multiple day overnight stay and found the man behind the counter to be quite rude. He was angry that I had not labeled every can of dog food (I did not know this was a requirement). He could have asked me nicely to do this next time around instead of acting like I was making his life difficult. Also, I witnessed him mistreating the nice young girl who worked there, raising his voice to her to do tasks as she was trying to check me in. My dog who is usually playful and content had a look of terror on his face when I left him. When I picked him up a week later, his paws had rashes on them and I'm guessing that whatever cleanser they use on their floor irritated his skin. I would not recommend this place. Instead, I have had positive experiences at Camp Bow Wow and Pooches Palace and would recommend either of those.
Cons: Dog came home with irritated paws, Customer Service is poor
