This establishment may be great at preservation but when it comes to regular dry cleaning services, they are simply not very good. When I pay the kind of prices they charge and read how they promote themselves then I expect quality. The ""finishing"" of a garment is the mark of a great dry cleaner. Puckers on seams is simply not good ""finishing"" on shirts both dry cleaned and laundered. Blocking a knit garment to the same size or nearly the same size is an art that good dry cleaners master. These folks cannot come close. Why would someone who asks for a garment to be cleaned and blocked need to come in after they have a garment dry cleaned to get it re-sized because it's 2-3 sizes too small? And it happens repeatedly. Help me understand why silk slacks come back after dry cleaning shiny? And, the arrogance? These people are dry cleaners . They clean people's dirty clothes! They aren't heirs to the throne! They aren't a higher form of life. If this is the best in Chicago then I'll find the second best because like many business professionals, I don't have time to for re-do's or their arrogance.
