I had brought my two Akitas in for grooming, we had never been here before. Mikko is 115lbs and Hana is 65lbs. When I went to pick them up, they were both jammed into a crate, which was not big enough for both of them. Hana was laying down, and Mikko only had room to stand, but couldn't even put his head up. He was not able to sit, because the height of the crate was too low. I do not know how long they were like that, but 5 minutes, is 5 minutes too long. When my husband called to ask what the deal was, we didn't even get a ""sorry"". They did not seem to understand what they did was wrong. If one of the dogs would have gotten anymore anxious, then they already were, they could have had a scuffle, and two dogs in such a small area is not good!
Pros: The only reason they get one star, is because they came back to me clean
Cons: Bad customer service, make bad choices, no common sense
