Jimmy Wilson?s Seafood & Chop House on San Felipe at Sage has great atmosphere, excellent service, food, and drink at a reasonable price. The owners have completely gutted the former restaurant at this location and the result is a spotlessly clean, open kitchen behind glass and a big wrap around bar with multiple plasma TVs. There is also a patio. They serve impeccably fresh seafood prepared in a variety of ways (ie. not all fried). One of our favorite appetizers is the sweet & succulent Garlic Steamed Gulf Oysters. The gulf crabmeat, fried oysters, and broiled trout almondine are delicious! We haven?t tried the beef dishes but have been told that the Colorado lamb is fabulous! Give this new restaurant a try! It will not disappoint!
