I'm from Louisiana and know that the food is supposed to have taste, not just burn the hell out of your mouth. Although, if you do want something like that, ask for their special hot sauce that the sous chef makes by himself! I haven't been there in a while because I have been working too much lately but may have to stop by soon. Also, for what you pay the portions of food are ENORMOUS; especially at lunch, it's crazy.
Pros: amazing food, and Abita beer
Cons: maybe parking, but it's not that bad
