I do not recommend this guy. The install badly scratched the woodwork and even a couple of doors. When asked about it he blamed us! First it was we should have taped the wood, something we were not told, then he said it was normal for this to happen. \r
We made an appt for him to come see it and then he did everthing from completely denying they did it at all to saying the job was the hardest they have ever done.\r
When we asked for it to be fixed he just said ""I'm taking you to court""! and then left. No negotiation, no working it out, just threatened us and left. We are absolutely stunned. \r
We never raised our voice or said anything that we disrespectful, but he was very intimidating and aggressive.\r
Bottom line, we do not recommended anyone let this guy in there house. This was a terrible experience for us and don't wish this on anyone.
