Mobile Floor Coverings

The owner is very accomodating and saved us about $15/yd on our carpet and almost $2/SF on Hardwood\r I would reccomend this company to anyone that likes to get the best value. Pros: Is able to get almost anything for a lot less $$$ Cons: No big fancy store more

I heard about Mobile Flooring from a friend of mine who is a successful custom contractor. They were able to get me the same flooring as displayed in some of the showrooms in town for up to $3 per sqft cheaper! Despite a time crunch I was able to get the tile within 24hours and had the project done before the end of the weekend. The owner of Mobile Floors was nice enough to give me advise on my sqft needs that actually lead to a smaller order. I appreciated the honesty. I would never purchase flooring materials from anyone else! After I completed my initial work with them, I needed to contact him and saw a review on this sight by another customer. While i did not have installation done through Mobile Floors, I can say that it was a complete surprise to me to read their comments. Nothing written there lines up with my experience! I do not recommend this guy. The install badly scratched the woodwork and even a couple of doors. When asked about it he blamed us! First it was we should have taped the wood, something we were not told, then he said it was normal for this to happen. \r We made an appt for him to come see it and then he did everthing from completely denying they did it at all to saying the job was the hardest they have ever done.\r When we asked for it to be fixed he just said ""I'm taking you to court""! and then left. No negotiation, no working it out, just threatened us and left. We are absolutely stunned. \r We never raised our voice or said anything that we disrespectful, but he was very intimidating and aggressive.\r Bottom line, we do not recommended anyone let this guy in there house.
