We too have a pool installed by Challenger Pools. We pretty much agree about the customer service and the sales guy. No one EVER calls back!!! We were promised a $500 check for referrals. So far we've given one referral and their pool is just about complete and STILL NO CHECK! The salesguy even said he would, ""cut you a personal check from my account"" STILL NO CHECK.\r
It would be one thing if the guy would just be plain honest and tell us you won't see a check so we would quit looking for it. At this point, it is the principle of the situation. Challenger Pools intentionally lied to us based on the facts to date. We are considering small claims court.
