WORST COMPANY EVER!! Failed EVERY inspection! Horrible customer service and they are more than three months behind schedule!! STAY AWAY the owner's grandson works for the company and is a bratty, immature kid who can't keep appointments and hangs up on customers when he doesn't get his way. I cannot recommend a business that operates like this. They made a mess of our yard and refuse to complete the work. We had to change the design three times because they are CLUELESS about what they are doing. They make us leave work to come home to meet them and don't show up. I recommend ANY OTHER COMPANY- Challenger Pools is HORRIBLE ! more

I don't know about the construction quality or the rest of the staff professionalism at Challenger Pools but Morgan Oxendine was very rude and not professional. I'm starting my research and gathering information and quotes from the different builders in the Tampa area and he was not helpful. When you ask question he give you just general info and attitude feeling that he is doing "the other competitors jobs" by answering questions. Here is a copy of the email that I send him: Thank you for the general information on the quote. Could you please send me a break down with prices and the drawing of the pool. P.S I don't know if we started with the wrong foot,but this is a big purchase and is only logical to get more than one quote. As you know I'm also in sales and I provide my clients all the information so they can make the right decision. Price is not always the main factor at the time of purchase. People buy services and goods from people that they like. You are the face of the company (Challenger Pools) If you feel that you are doing your competitors job, just by supplying me some numbers. 0Challenger Pools is currently installing a pool for my neighbors. They have taken it upon themselves to use my yard as a workspace and storage yard. They also park their work trucks and trailers in the narrow space between our houses and left it there for the long weekend coming back on the holiday Monday to cut tile under my bedroom window at 7am (again they have set up in MY YARD). Absolutely no respect for anyone but themselves and no apparent pride in their workmanship. more
