They use low grade materials, extremely poor installation, and never completed the job. They worked on 2 rooms in our house. The first room's wood floor had to be replaced due to poor quality material, finish didn't match original samples; and bad installation & workmanship. Second installation was still bad, left with gaps, nicks and scratches. Portion of the wood panels still squeaks after repair that was supposed to fix it. Carpet installation for another room was never completed. Poor installation with visible seams, holes, creases, & snags. Some area is already unraveling, damaged by the carpet stretcher. Carpet pad is different from quote and original spec, and there are gaps between the carpet pad sheets. They peeled off the carpet to check the sub-floor a week ago, & walked off without ever finishing the job.
Cons: Inferior quality, poor workmanship, and irresponsible; avoid at all cost
