714 Flooring

These are really nice folks, but the results are horrible. I had them redo the tile work that looks no better than I could have done. The padding under the carpet has ridges and gaps you can feel when you walk on it. The carpet on the stairs looks as if it was nailed on and the carpet is coming apart. This is in less than six months of extremely light use. The vinyl flooring will not stay down and tile floor in the bathroom has cracks and gaps now in the grout. And to top it off my shower, which they built and installed is leaking into the room below. They will not return calls and are seldom in the shop. A very frustrating experience. more

714 Flooring only uses the BEST and highest quality flooring product avaliable! Their work was not only COMPLETLY professional but they whent the extra mile to reasure that our job was done properly and in a timely manner. They are efficient and have an A+ work ethic. They came HIGHLY recommended to us by several families in our neighborhood that useded them and are equally as pleased with them as we are. They use low grade materials, extremely poor installation, and never completed the job. They worked on 2 rooms in our house. The first room's wood floor had to be replaced due to poor quality material, finish didn't match original samples; and bad installation & workmanship. Second installation was still bad, left with gaps, nicks and scratches. Portion of the wood panels still squeaks after repair that was supposed to fix it. Carpet installation for another room was never completed. Poor installation with visible seams, holes, creases, & snags. Some area is already unraveling, damaged by the carpet stretcher. Carpet pad is different from quote and original spec, and there are gaps between the carpet pad sheets. They peeled off the carpet to check the sub-floor a week ago, & walked off without ever finishing the job. Cons: Inferior quality, poor workmanship, and irresponsible; avoid at all cost more
