Boy I wish I had read about Cinco earlier! I also had them assigned to me by First American Warranty. Had I known the trouble I was going to have, I would have just called my own repair person. They took 10 days to repair my unit. Between no parts, wrong parts, trial testimony in personal injusry case (repair man) and fishing trip (repairman)...10 days of no A/C! Finally fixed...broke another part while fixing item to be repaired. As a FAVOR to me, was going to fix that for FREE and waive $65 deductible to First American. First American billed me anyway. They said they would waive. Now they are sending me a final notice ""to protect my credit"". RUN RUN RUN! The other stories posted rang very true with my based on my experience including should it be covered, not covered blah blah blah I didn't need 'special' favors. When it was all over, I felt like I had been slimed. \r
