It took the man about 45 minutes to do the inspection and he printed the termite report from his truck!!! That blew me away. The company was very clean putting down drop cloths to get into the attic. I choose to go with orange oil treatment. The inspector told me fumigation was the best method in his option, it was only 2 spots in my attic and the difference in price was a lot. They treated my termites in about 2 hours gave me a 1 year warranty. I feel so much better knowing the termites are not eating my house. Every thing about this company was hi tech. We own a lot of property in long beach area and we will use them again and again. On top of all that I got a senior citizen discount. This is how you do business.
