They never completed the work contracted. When I complained they agreed to return $ 250. They have never paid me the $250. The owner Guy just gives you the run around. I now have to take these guys to small claims court. Pros: They give you the run around Cons: Don't waste your money more

It funny how phone numbers, can stay in your head. I remember a company advertising same day service, what made me remember more. Was that the phone number told me something 1-877- 4BUGS-LEAVE. I was despaired for help and it was on a Sunday. It was only after I was on the phone for 1 hour trying to find a pest control company? I remember the phone number; well I tried 800 then 888 then 877 4bugs leave. I got a recorder I left a message. They knew I was panic ants all over my kitchen I mean ants ever were. The owner of Bayshore Exterminators, Guy Duplantier calls me back with in 20 minutes. They were at my house on a Sunday. This was in May, do you know I still don?t have any ants no were inside or out. They really know what they are doing. The owner is a very funny man, I really believe in there method. I refer them to all my friends. Give them a try your ants will be gone more

Service magic thank you for the referral! Not less than 10 minutes after filling out the request for termite control. Bay Shore Exterminators calls. I ask if they had any one today. Bay Shore Exterminators told me they could have an inspector over in one hour. The company was on time and did the inspection. The man was very knowledgeable about all the methods of treatment. It took the man about 45 minutes to do the inspection and he printed the termite report from his truck!!! That blew me away. The company was very clean putting down drop cloths to get into the attic. I choose to go with orange oil treatment. The inspector told me fumigation was the best method in his option, it was only 2 spots in my attic and the difference in price was a lot. They treated my termites in about 2 hours gave me a 1 year warranty. I feel so much better knowing the termites are not eating my house. Every thing about this company was hi tech. We own a lot of property in long beach area and we will use them again and again. On top of all that I got a senior citizen discount. This is how you do business. BEWARE!!! I hired this guy to do an extermination. He hired a subcontractor without telling me, had the subcontractor do the job and then stiffed him. As a homeowner you're obligated to make sure the subcontractor is paid. The sub tried to put a lien on my house but luckily they missed the deadline. He also pushes for money up front. Do not use this guy, he's very very shady. Pros: the subcontractor did a great job Cons: he wants money up front, won't provide a contract, and defrauds the subcontractor putting homeowner at risk more
