In reference to being overcharged on your credit card, please go back and check your bill. It is standard procedure when paying with a credit/debit card to automatically approve an amount equal to 20% for the tip. Unfortunately when someoneone checks their balance immediately they only see that approved for amount. At the end of the "BUSINESS" day after we settle our batch report you should see the adjusted amount. Sorry for any inconveniece.
