My 50 inch DLP t.v. went out after a few years. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have terrible customer service, if you're lucky to get them on the phone at all. They do not have an answering machine, so leaving a message after 5:30 p.m (after you've been at work all day) is not possible. They're not open weekends, so to fix your t.v. you better take a day off. They re-ordered parts, then when I called them back, they said the case was closed. I had to call the warranty people to knock some more sense into them. They then ordered the parts again.
