I completely agree with all of the terrible ratings below. I had my TV under the extended warranty, and B&K was the repair company assigned to service it. The 8 hour window is absurd, but at least the tech showed up, but he brought the parts to the wrong tv, so he said they'd need to order new parts, and that would take 3-5 business days. However, that was a month ago, and I haven't heard back. They simply tell me the parts haven't arrived yet, and will call me when they do, but can give no estimate how long it will take. I would never never never choose to bring a product here. Unfortunately, since the extended warranty is covering the costs, I didn't have a choice. I'm so glad they're not getting a dime of my money.
