I hate exercising, but I have two kids I adore and want to be a fit grandparent when they have kids. Not to mention this summer's mid-forties weight gain. The great thing about this program is that it's outside, at night (they do have morning classes too) and so far no two classes have been the same. They rotate the parts of the body that get attention, they rotate trainers (all of them are awesome in their own way) and they rotate the exercises. The attendees also mix it up. I've lost weight and inches. Built muscle and feel stronger/healthier. I usually get bored of exercise classes or routines, but this is always different and the outside venue is terrific.
