Oh, we used to love this place! We've even chosen to spend the past few New Year's there. What a disappointment it was this year. No hats, no sparkling, no announcement it's midnight! Noticed lots of new servers, and it really felt like the ""B"" squad was in the kitchen: the steak tartare was so salty. I appreciate old favorites on any menu, but to have nearly the exact same menu in winter as in summer in Minnesota speaks of a lack of imagination. It really feels like they know they've got reservations into the next decade, so, really, don't worry. If service is less than attentive, if you have to wait for your reservation, if you can't think of new dishes for your menu: so be it. They're still coming, aren't they?
