We have used Elite Communications for about 2 years and we finally got a better service. Elite's equipment is out of date and needs to be upgraded. They would constantly change our recorded greeting without notice and then claim that it was a ""back up"" greeting. When asked why we needed a ""back up"" greeting the owner James could not give a straight answer. You create a protocol for how you want to be paged and they page things out inappropriately on a regular basis or not at all! When I have confronted the owner about this issue, he always has an excuse about how it is Verizon's fault and not his. His employees are rude and abrasive towards doctors and those calling the office. And the best part is that James bills customers for services that he doesn't even provide!!! We discovered this by looking carefully at our bill!!
