CC's does a great job with initial fittings to rope you in to the idea that they are customer oriented. After you purchase however it's a different story. We bought my daughter's dress there. She went back with her bridesmaids to look for their dresses and they wouldn't measure them until after they had purchased a dress. She went another day with a friend to show her her dress and they wouldn't allow it because she didn't have an appt. We live in Orlando so we are making a great effort everytime we go to St. Pete. The final straw came when my daughter wanted to schedule a fitting and they would not do a fitting on a Sat. Those are reserved for ""new customers"" buying dresses. My daughter would have had to take a day off work to drive to St. Pete for a fitting. We ended up picking up her dress and fitting it in Orlando which means we got very little of their service!
