I believe in supporting local businesses and make it a point to seek out specialized service when I can. I had a JVC DVD theater receiver which needed a new extractor door for the CD/DVD disks. After paying the non refundable $35 for ""Abe"" to take a look, I waited. I waited 3 weeks and not one call back, so I called. The receptionist stated she would get me an answer right away as to what the problem might be with the unit. A week later I called again. This time I was told I would get an answer by the end of the week. It is now 3 days past the end of the week and have heard nothing.
Cons: No where close to adequate customer service
