Our appliance warranty company uses this company for repairs. We have been waiting 6 weeks for a part that they said would take 3-14 business days to fix our washing machine. They finally come to fix it and they said that yes the motor was bad; but, now the washing machine will wash and not spin... That was the original problem! They fixed nothing- and now we must wait for another part! I have contacted L & R hoping to get things moving quicker, not only were they unapologetic, they were extremely (-extremely-) rude with both myself and my husband. Their repair persons and their managers are incompetent and lack basic customer service skills. I hope you heed my warning and NEVER use this company!

Cons: You will WAIT a really long time to have things repaired and they will be rude to you about it!
