I had a consultation in August 07. The lady that is charge of the nashville office, Melissa, is not very classy or professional. She told me so much personal info about her previous marriage and other things you shouldn't tell. The office was so dirty and looked very unsanitary. There was clutter and dirt everywhere. The office looked very unorganized. Despite all that I bought a hair removal package. (DUMB MOVE!) I made an appointment for a month later. When it was time for my appt I was I wasnt scheduled. After I pulled out my card and showed them they blamed it on the computer. Saying the computer deleted it. ""Whoops"" Melissa never put my appt in the computer! I was told they would ""fit me in"" and was going to be seen in 45 min. So I waited... an hour and 1/2 later I am still sitting there. So I left. I called the next day and requested a refund. (which the paperwork states ""If no procedure was done, the client is intitled to a 100% refund) I called for over a month trying to talk to someone about my refund. No one would return my calls. Finally, after about 2 months, I got a call saying my refund was being processed. The month I got that call: October. It is now January 17, 2008 and I have yet to see it. After several more unreturned calls and emails, Melissa calls me back to tell me there is nothing that can be done except wait. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 5 MONTHS FOR MY REFUND!!
