The staff is very friendly, and the doctor is experienced and seems to know her stuff as the previous reviewer stated, however, the doctor herself has been quite rude and snotty to me on more than one occasion. I asked her if, in her OPINION she thought my cat's leg might be fractured and her response was ""I don't know! I don't have X-ray vision!"" She also would not let me leave my cat there for ten minutes while she examined him. I had to stay there because she said she didn't want me leaving the cat & never returning. This was my 3rd or 4th visit to her office, I was not a new client that shouldn't be trusted. She seems to have a bit of a catty attitude towards some customers, especially female. Her rudeness was completely unprovoked, as I've always been polite to her and her staff. Overall the service is pretty good, but I could live without the ""I'm a doctor and you're an idot"" attitude. If she's rude to me next time I take one of my pets in, I highly doubt I'll ever use their services again if I can avoid it. I may be visiting their office again this week, if so, I'll report back with my next experience with them.
