Buying ticket from Universal travel was a humiliating and the worst experience of my life; especially when you are interacting with Pete - business owner. He is very proud of his property, and keeps referring to everyone in such a way that he thinks he is the MAN in the city and everybody else is a poor employee. I will never forget my experience with Universal. One of his employees (may be wife) agreed on ticket price and asked me to fax the authorization letter (I would say that she was very nice and knows how to deal with people in difficult situation). Pete - so called owner, called me to collect the ticket and when I reached his office, he wanted to change the price and started behaving arrogantly. He literally threw my paperwork and credit card on the table and refused to give me the ticket after swiping the card. He said that he will cancel the ticket and refund my money after deducting the cancellation fees. He pretty much took full advantage of my helplessness that day. I was about to call the cops to report this rudeness and misconduct, but didn?t because of my tight schedule to fly on that night due to family emergency in India. Pros: Nothing Cons: Not recommended to buy tickets more
