Over charged by TWO-AND-A-HALF times the amount that was mutually agreed upon by contract with my insurance carrier, Blue Cross Blue Sheild. They admitt to over charging me, ALMOST THREE MONTHS AGO, but refuse to reimburse me. I have now had to resort to legal representation. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!! Learn from my mistake! Very rude front desk people as well as billing people. Forget about getting anyone at corporate office to speak to you. Also this is a chain buisness. Check for reviews on monarch dental in Dallas, Plano, Richardson, etc. They all mirror my review. What an eye opener. Wish I knew about this web site BEFORE I went to Monarch!
