I made a purchase for my son a week ago. The the 2 ladies that worked on that Sunday were absolutely fabulous. They were helpful, extremely friendly and even made suggestions on items, colors, etc. I am not sure why they are not the management of this establishment because their customer service was wonderful.\r
The major problem I see with this business is it you need to return an item., it is quite difficult. Even though I had my receipt and the item was brand new, the manager. Mr B, would not honor the return. Even though I had been told originally that as long as I had the receipt I could return the item if it did not fit or was the wrong item. This store is not easy to do business with once the item/items are puchased. This manager was not fair to me, the customer, having made a purchase and kept my receipt. He would not honor a return of his own product. . \r
I would not choose to purhase anymore merchandise here. I would rather make my purchased where I know the store will honor and value the customer.
Pros: Great sales ladies on the floor
Cons: Poor return policy, Management doesnt value customer
